Ita Enang Brags

 Today, the Court has delivered Judgement in the case I instituted at the Federal High Court Uyo and has nullified and affirmed the position of INEC that "there was no nomination by APC in Akwa Ibom State because INEC did not monitor the primary". and of course we also contended that under the Electoral Act, the first defendant who was wrongly declared a candidate is not a member of the APC and can not contest election.

So the Court has upheld our position in Law and has disqualified him (Akanimo Udofia) and has ordered another nomination within 14 (Fourteen) days to be conducted by the Party.

I am the Governorship candidate of the APC incoming and I ask God for his absolute grace to go through the challenges ahead.
